- Any product-specific terms, warranty terms or seller-specific conditions displayed on the relevant product page.
In the event of any conflict, the applicable mandatory provisions of Indian law shall prevail.
2. REGULATORY AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK
Premiumgood seeks to operate its e-commerce activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of India, including, to the extent applicable:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
- The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as amended from time to time;
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules made thereunder;

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 specifically cover goods and services bought or sold through digital/electronic networks and apply to both marketplace and inventory models of e-commerce.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as excluding or restricting any mandatory consumer right available under applicable Indian law.
3. NATURE OF PREMIUMGOOD SHOP
Premiumgood Shop operates an online commerce platform through which customers may purchase products listed on the Website.
The Website currently offers products including mobile phones, refurbished phones, smartphones, keypad phones and accessories, among other products that may be introduced from time to time.
Depending upon the particular product and commercial arrangement, fulfilment may be undertaken by Premiumgood, an authorised seller/vendor, or a logistics/fulfilment partner.
The identity of the applicable seller/fulfilling entity, where required, may be disclosed on the relevant product page, invoice, order confirmation or other legally required communication.
4. SHIPPING COVERAGE
Premiumgood endeavours to provide delivery services across India, subject to:
- courier/logistics serviceability;
- destination pincode;
- product category;
- product availability;
- seller/warehouse location;
- applicable regulatory restrictions;
- weather and natural conditions;
- transportation infrastructure;
- security restrictions;
- remote-area limitations; and
- other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Certain locations, including remote, difficult-to-access, restricted, island, border, military, or otherwise non-serviceable areas, may have limited or no delivery availability.
The Website may restrict an order if the delivery address is not serviceable.
5. ORDER PROCESSING
An order is considered successfully placed only after:
- the customer completes the ordering process;
- the required customer and delivery information is provided;
- the applicable payment is successfully authorised/confirmed, where prepaid payment is selected; and
- Premiumgood accepts or confirms the order.
Receipt of an order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
Premiumgood reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:
- product unavailability;
- incorrect pricing or listing information;
- suspected fraud or unauthorised transaction;
- duplicate orders;
- address or pincode non-serviceability;
- inventory mismatch;
- seller/fulfilment failure;
- regulatory restrictions; or
- other legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Where an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with the Refund & Returns Policy and the applicable payment system/payment service provider’s processing timelines.
6. SHIPPING AND DISPATCH TIMELINES
The estimated dispatch and delivery timeline will generally be displayed on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or other applicable communication.
Unless a different timeline is expressly communicated for a particular product:
| Stage | Indicative Timeline |
|---|---|
| Order processing | 1–3 business days |
| Dispatch after processing | Generally within 1–3 business days |
| Standard delivery after dispatch | Generally 3–7 business days |
| Remote/extended service areas | May require additional time |
These are indicative timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Business days generally exclude Sundays and public holidays, unless otherwise specified.
Certain products may have different processing or delivery timelines. The product-specific timeline displayed at the time of purchase shall prevail.
7. REFURBISHED, PRE-OWNED AND SPECIAL-CATEGORY PRODUCTS
Where a product is identified as refurbished, renewed, open-box, pre-owned, used, or otherwise non-new, the customer acknowledges that:
- the product may have been previously used or handled;
- cosmetic condition may vary according to the product description;
- packaging may differ from factory-sealed packaging;
- accessories may differ where expressly disclosed;
- warranty terms may differ from those applicable to new products; and
- delivery timelines may differ based on seller or fulfilment arrangements.
The condition and specifications disclosed on the relevant product listing shall form part of the applicable transaction.
Nothing in this section permits the supply of counterfeit, materially misrepresented, unsafe or unlawfully sold products.
8. SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges, if any, shall be displayed to the customer before completion of the order, subject to the applicable commercial offer.
Shipping charges may vary based on:
- delivery location;
- product size and weight;
- product category;
- logistics partner;
- special handling requirements;
- applicable promotional offers; and
- other legitimate fulfilment considerations.
Where “Free Shipping” is offered, the offer shall be subject to the conditions displayed on the Website.
Any applicable taxes or statutory charges shall be disclosed as required under applicable law.
9. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, the customer may receive:
- shipment confirmation;
- courier/logistics partner details;
- tracking/reference number; and/or
- tracking link or order status information.
Customers may also use the “Track Order” facility available on the Website, where applicable.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the logistics partner.
Premiumgood shall not be responsible for temporary unavailability or delayed updating of third-party logistics tracking information.
10. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:
- full name;
- house/building number;
- street/locality;
- city/town;
- State;
- PIN code;
- mobile number; and
- any other information reasonably required for successful delivery.
Premiumgood shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading or outdated information supplied by the customer.
Customers should verify the delivery address carefully before placing an order.
Where technically possible, an address modification request may be considered before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, changing the delivery address may not be possible.
11. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The logistics partner may make one or more delivery attempts in accordance with its operational procedures.
The customer may be required to:
- remain available at the delivery address;
- provide an OTP or other delivery verification;
- provide identity/transaction verification where legitimately required;
- sign or electronically acknowledge delivery; and/or
- inspect the package where appropriate.
If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact the customer.
Repeated failure to receive the shipment may result in the shipment being returned to the seller/warehouse as an RTO.
12. OTP AND DELIVERY VERIFICATION
Where OTP-based delivery verification is used, the OTP should be disclosed only to the authorised delivery personnel after the customer has received and, where applicable, inspected the shipment in accordance with the applicable delivery instructions.
Customers should never disclose banking PINs, card PINs, CVV, passwords, UPI PINs, internet banking credentials or other confidential financial credentials to any delivery person.
A delivery OTP is not equivalent to a banking authentication credential.
13. OPEN-BOX DELIVERY AND INSPECTION
Where an order is designated for open-box delivery, the customer should inspect the package and product at the time of delivery, where the logistics partner provides such facility.
The customer should verify, as reasonably possible:
- product model;
- colour/variant;
- quantity;
- visible physical condition;
- major accessories; and
- visible signs of damage or tampering.
If the package is visibly damaged, tampered with, opened, materially crushed or otherwise appears compromised, the customer should immediately report the issue to the delivery personnel and, where appropriate, refuse acceptance or record the issue in the delivery documentation.
Where open-box delivery is not available, customers should preserve the complete packaging and undertake an unboxing video immediately upon receipt, particularly for high-value electronics.
14. DAMAGED, WRONG, MISSING OR INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS
If a customer receives:
- a physically damaged product;
- a materially damaged package;
- an incorrect product;
- an incorrect variant;
- a missing product;
- missing essential accessories;
- a materially different product from the listing; or
- any other shipment discrepancy,
the customer should notify Premiumgood within the applicable period specified in the Return & Refund Policy.
The customer may be required to provide:
- order number;
- photographs;
- photographs of shipping packaging;
- photographs of the product and serial/IMEI number, where applicable;
- unboxing video, where available;
- delivery confirmation;
- courier information; and
- any other reasonable evidence required for investigation.
Premiumgood may coordinate with the seller, logistics partner, manufacturer, service centre or payment service provider to investigate the matter.
15. IMEI, SERIAL NUMBER AND PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
For mobile phones, electronics and other products bearing unique identifiers, Premiumgood may record or verify:
- IMEI number;
- serial number;
- product identification number;
- SKU;
- invoice number;
- shipment reference; and/or
- other relevant identifiers.
These details may be used for inventory control, fraud prevention, warranty validation, return verification, dispute investigation and compliance purposes.
Customers should not remove, alter, obscure or tamper with legally required product identification markings.
16. FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
An order may be treated as RTO where delivery cannot be completed because of circumstances including:
- customer refusal;
- customer unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts;
- incorrect/incomplete address;
- invalid or unreachable phone number;
- pincode/serviceability issue;
- customer request;
- refusal to provide required delivery verification;
- non-compliance with legitimate delivery requirements; or
- other circumstances attributable to the customer.
Where an order is returned to origin, Premiumgood may contact the customer regarding:
- re-delivery, where available;
- cancellation;
- applicable refund; or
- other appropriate resolution.
If the RTO resulted from an error attributable to Premiumgood or its fulfilment/logistics arrangements, the customer shall not be unfairly charged for such failure.
Where the RTO resulted from the customer’s actions or omissions, reasonable and legally permissible shipping/handling costs may be adjusted against any refund, subject to the applicable product policy and law.
17. DELIVERY DELAYS
Premiumgood makes reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeline.
However, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including:
- adverse weather;
- floods, earthquakes, cyclones or other natural events;
- strikes or labour disruptions;
- transportation disruptions;
- road closures;
- government restrictions;
- public emergencies;
- civil disturbances;
- security restrictions;
- courier network disruption;
- technical/system failures;
- unusually high order volumes;
- remote-area transportation constraints;
- incorrect customer information; or
- other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where a material delay occurs, Premiumgood may provide an updated estimated delivery date or other appropriate communication.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Premiumgood shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its shipping obligations to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, epidemics/pandemics, transportation interruptions, strikes, network failures, logistics disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in this clause shall be interpreted to remove any mandatory statutory consumer remedy where such remedy cannot legally be excluded.
19. DELIVERY OF HIGH-VALUE PRODUCTS
For high-value products, additional safeguards may be implemented, including:
- OTP verification;
- signature confirmation;
- identity verification where lawfully permissible;
- restricted delivery to the registered address;
- additional packaging;
- tamper-evident packaging;
- serial/IMEI verification; and/or
- additional logistics controls.
Such measures are intended to reduce fraud, misdelivery, theft and unauthorised delivery.
20. FRAUDULENT OR UNAUTHORISED ORDERS
Premiumgood may place an order on hold, seek verification, cancel an order, or take other lawful measures where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
- fraud;
- identity misuse;
- payment instrument misuse;
- unauthorised transaction;
- account compromise;
- abnormal ordering behaviour;
- resale or commercial misuse contrary to applicable terms;
- manipulation of promotions;
- false delivery information; or
- other unlawful activity.
Where a payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled following appropriate verification or risk review, the applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy and payment-system procedures.
21. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND RBI-RELATED REQUIREMENTS
Premiumgood may use authorised banks, payment gateways, payment aggregators and other regulated payment service providers for processing customer payments.
The payment processing component of a transaction may be governed by applicable RBI directions and the terms of the relevant payment service provider.
RBI’s regulatory framework for payment aggregators/payment gateways contemplates clear delineation of responsibilities relating to complaints, refunds, failed transactions, return policies, customer grievance redressal, dispute resolution and reconciliation.
Where applicable, payment information shall be processed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant payment service provider and applicable law.
Premiumgood does not request customers to provide their UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, CVV, OTP for banking authentication, internet banking password or other confidential banking credentials to customer support or delivery personnel.
22. PAYMENT FAILURE, REVERSAL AND REFUND
A payment may be debited from a customer’s account even though an order is not successfully completed due to technical or payment-system issues.
In such circumstances, the transaction may be subject to reconciliation and reversal/refund through the applicable payment channel.
The applicable refund/reversal timeline may depend on:
- the payment instrument;
- acquiring/issuing bank;
- payment gateway/payment aggregator;
- transaction status;
- reconciliation process; and
- applicable RBI/payment-system requirements.
Premiumgood shall reasonably cooperate in resolving payment-related issues and shall provide relevant transaction/order information where required.
RBI has prescribed frameworks concerning turnaround times and customer compensation for certain failed digital payment transactions.
23. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
A customer should first contact Premiumgood regarding an order, delivery or refund dispute so that the Company can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
A customer may have rights to raise a payment dispute or chargeback through the relevant bank, card issuer, payment provider or other applicable payment channel, subject to that institution’s rules and applicable law.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Premiumgood may provide the payment service provider, acquiring bank, issuing bank or other authorised institution with relevant transaction evidence, including:
- order details;
- customer communication;
- payment confirmation;
- invoice;
- shipment records;
- courier tracking;
- delivery confirmation;
- OTP confirmation, where applicable;
- photographs;
- return records;
- refund records; and
- other relevant documentation.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically establish that the transaction is fraudulent or that the customer is entitled to a refund.
Premiumgood shall not unlawfully obstruct a customer’s statutory rights to raise a genuine payment dispute.
Where a refund has already been processed or the disputed amount has otherwise been resolved, Premiumgood may provide evidence of such resolution to the relevant payment institution.
The chargeback/payment dispute process is separate from the contractual dispute-resolution mechanism contained in the Terms & Conditions.
24. NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
If an order is marked as “delivered” but the customer has not received it, the customer should contact Premiumgood as soon as reasonably possible.
Premiumgood may investigate using:
- courier delivery records;
- delivery OTP records;
- proof of delivery;
- GPS/location information supplied by the logistics partner;
- delivery photographs, where available;
- customer communications;
- shipment records; and
- other relevant evidence.
Customers should cooperate reasonably with the investigation.
Where investigation establishes that the shipment was not delivered to the customer, Premiumgood shall take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and the applicable Refund/Returns Policy.
25. LOST OR MISPLACED SHIPMENTS
Where a shipment is lost, materially delayed or misplaced while under the logistics provider’s custody, Premiumgood may coordinate with the logistics provider to investigate the shipment.
Depending on the outcome, Premiumgood may arrange:
- re-shipment, where stock is available;
- cancellation;
- refund; or
- another appropriate remedy.
The customer’s statutory rights shall remain unaffected.
26. RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED SHIPMENTS
Premiumgood shall not knowingly ship products prohibited under applicable Indian law.
Products subject to transportation restrictions may be shipped only where permitted and through appropriate logistics arrangements.
Certain products may be subject to special transportation, packaging or documentation requirements.
Premiumgood reserves the right to cancel or restrict an order where shipment would violate applicable law, logistics restrictions or regulatory requirements.
27. SELLER/FULFILMENT PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Where a product is fulfilled by a third-party seller/vendor or fulfilment partner, the applicable seller/fulfilment partner may be responsible for:
- maintaining adequate inventory;
- timely processing of orders;
- appropriate packaging;
- lawful product dispatch;
- accurate product documentation;
- providing applicable tax invoice;
- handing over the shipment to the logistics provider;
- providing accurate shipment information;
- complying with applicable return/refund obligations; and
- cooperating in customer grievance resolution.
Premiumgood may monitor fulfilment performance and take appropriate action against sellers/partners who repeatedly fail to meet applicable requirements.
28. PACKAGING STANDARDS
Premiumgood and/or its sellers/fulfilment partners shall endeavour to use packaging reasonably suitable for the product category.
Electronics and fragile products may receive additional protective packaging where appropriate.
Customers should retain:
- outer packaging;
- inner packaging;
- labels;
- invoices;
- accessories;
- manuals;
- warranty documentation; and
- other materials
until the product has been fully inspected and the applicable return/replacement period has expired.
29. DELIVERY DOCUMENTATION AND INVOICE
Where applicable, customers shall receive an invoice/tax invoice in accordance with applicable GST and other legal requirements.
Customers should verify the invoice details and contact Premiumgood promptly if there is a material discrepancy.
The invoice may be required for:
- warranty claims;
- returns;
- replacements;
- refunds;
- insurance claims;
- payment disputes; and/or
- other legitimate purposes.
30. SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY INTERACTION
This Shipping Policy governs shipment and delivery.
It does not by itself create an unlimited right to return or replace a product.
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with the product-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from the description, counterfeit, or otherwise covered by a statutory or contractual remedy, the applicable consumer rights shall be respected.
The Consumer Protection framework provides protections against unfair trade practices in e-commerce and requires relevant consumer-facing information and policies to be disclosed.
31. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are expected to:
- provide correct delivery information;
- provide an active mobile number;
- remain available for delivery where reasonably possible;
- cooperate with legitimate delivery verification;
- inspect the shipment where applicable;
- preserve packaging where a return/replacement may be required;
- report discrepancies within the applicable policy period;
- avoid tampering with serial numbers/IMEI identifiers;
- retain invoices and relevant order documentation; and
- promptly notify Premiumgood of suspected unauthorised transactions.
32. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
A customer may request an address change before dispatch.
Address changes are subject to:
- order status;
- pincode serviceability;
- seller/warehouse capability;
- logistics restrictions; and
- fraud/risk controls.
Once a shipment has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible.
Premiumgood does not guarantee that an address-change request will be successfully implemented.
33. MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER
Where an order contains multiple products, products may be dispatched:
- together; or
- in separate shipments.
Separate shipments may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
The customer shall not be charged an additional amount merely because Premiumgood elects to split a shipment, unless the applicable commercial terms expressly provide otherwise.
34. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, Premiumgood currently focuses on deliveries within India.
International shipping, where introduced, shall be subject to separate terms covering:
- customs;
- duties;
- taxes;
- foreign exchange;
- import/export requirements;
- prohibited/restricted products;
- international logistics;
- applicable RBI/FEMA requirements; and
- destination-country laws.
35. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
Customers may contact Premiumgood regarding:
- delayed delivery;
- non-delivery;
- incorrect delivery;
- damaged shipment;
- missing items;
- RTO;
- tracking issues;
- shipping charges;
- delivery address issues; or
- other shipping-related concerns.

- prevent a consumer from exercising a lawful payment-dispute/chargeback right;
- waive rights that cannot legally be waived; or

38. GOVERNING LAW
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory statutory consumer jurisdiction and applicable law, disputes shall be dealt with in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions contained in the Premiumgood Terms & Conditions.
